There are several public parking facilities in Grand Theft Auto IV, Episodes from Liberty City and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars dotted across Liberty and Alderney.

Public car parks are recognisable by a "Public Parking" or "Park" sign. Most of them are guarded and have stack parking systems. NPCs can sometimes be seen pulling into certain car parks.
