Design
Grand Theft Auto V
The Proptrailer is depicted as a generic travel trailer intended to replicate Ortega's Trailer, using the same color scheme, but featuring accessories.
The Proptrailer cannot be towed by any vehicles, as it is not listed under any trailer property of pick-up trucks. If the player gains a proptrailer, driving a pick-up truck up to the trailer in attempt to hook it on will simply be ignored.

Performance
Grand Theft Auto V
Although it is listed as a vehicle, it does not have physical wheels, acting as a mere prop. However, it is still able to be deformed or pushed by other vehicles.
Being a trailer, it cannot be driven, however it does feature its own handling line.
