The PlayStation (abbreviated PS) brand is a line of video game consoles created and developed by Sony Computer Entertainment. It was first introduced by Sony Computer Entertainment in Japan on December 3, 1994.

Grand Theft Auto Titles on the PlayStation Brand[]
The PlayStation was the first line of video game consoles to feature a Grand Theft Auto title in its library, with the original Grand Theft Auto in 1997. Additionally, the PlayStation Portable featured two initially exclusive Grand Theft Auto titles in its library, with Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories in 2005 and 2006 respectively.
