Virus Software is a planning work featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners update. It is a Free Mode mission that can be conducted in any session type by CEOs, VIPs and MC Club presidents.

Sessanta will tell the player that in order to get past the onboard security systems in the convoy, they will need to find a hacker that can lead them to the virus software. The player will be sent a location of the fast food place where the hacker is hanging out, and a picture of him in order to locate him in a search radius around the location.
Upon arrival, the hacker will get on his Faggio Mod and drive to his apartment. The player will need to follow him to the apartment. Driving a non-weaponized vehicle will show a spook meter, while a weaponized one will alert him instantly. After arriving at the apartment, the player needs to enter the apartment and look for the software.

If the hacker was spooked at the fast food place or during the following, the player will have to deal with a few guards and the hacker, otherwise the apartment will be empty. If he was killed, however, the player will need to recover his wallet and will get a 3-star wanted level. Once the software is collected, the player will need to leave the apartment and head to their Auto Shop, being chased by guards if the hacker was spooked or killed.
