Sonar Equipment is planning work for The McTony Robbery, featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Chop Shop update.
Description[]
The mission is started at the Planning Computer inside the Salvage Yard, and is available after the Scope Out: Submarine mission is completed at least once.
Jamal informs the player that they will need some serious sonar equipment to override Tony McTony's sonar jammers in order to track down his Kosatka submarine during the robbery. He sends the location of a warehouse (El Burro Heights/Elysian Island/Galilee) in which the required equipment is being stored by The Professionals. A crowbar is provided to break open the shipment crates inside the warehouse.
Once the sonar equipment is located and collected, the player must escape the heavily armed Professionals and deliver the equipment to the Salvage Yard.
