Sabotage And Disguise is planning work for The Cargo Ship Robbery, featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Chop Shop update.

The mission is started at the Planning Computer inside the Salvage Yard, and is available after the Scope Out: Docks mission is completed at least once.
Jamal informs the player that in order to keep the La'oub Princess in open seas, they must torch any paperwork with permission for it to come into dock.
The player must break into one of the LSPA offices (Del Perro Pier/Elysian Island/Paleto Bay). There is one security camera and a few Coast Guard officers protecting the office entrance, which can be disabled using a nearby circuit box in order to avoid alerting the Coast Guard officers.
Once they're inside, they must hack the computer by completing the BruteForce.exe minigame, in order to delete the digital records mentioning La'oub Princess in the LSPA database. After the hacking is complete, they must plant the explosives (using the interaction button) on three different filing cabinets inside the office containing the La'oub Princess paperwork, before finding and stealing the duffel bag containing the Coast Guard uniforms required for the robbery.
After stealing the outfits, the player must exit the LSPA office, use their phone to trigger the explosives and deliver the Coast Guard outfits to the Salvage Yard.
