Inside Man is a planning work featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Tuners update. It is a Free Mode mission that can be conducted in any session type by CEOs, VIPs and MC Club presidents.

Sessanta will tell the player that in order to identify the targets, they will need an inside man to identify the targets inside Bolingbroke Penitentiary. Sessanta then tells the player her cousin, Lil' Dee, will be willing to get himself in Bolingbroke so the player will need to go to his location.
Upon arriving, Lil' Dee will tell the player to get into his Remus and drive to a location where his associate will be waiting. Upon arriving to the associate's location, the player will need to wait for Lil' Dee to talk to him and he will come back in the car, instructing the player to go to the gang hideout.
After heading to the hideout, the player will need to wait while Lil' Dee kills some of the gang members inside the building. Lil' Dee will then run out with gang member shooting at him and the player. The player will then need to either kill the pursuing gang members or attempt to escape them. After losing or killing the gang members, the player will need to take Lil' Dee to the Mission Row Police Station and drop him off there.
After dropping him off, the player will be told by Sessanta to return Lil Dee's Remus to the Auto Shop and the mission will end there.
