Pier 400 is a large freighter yard featured in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online located in Elysian Island in the Port of Los Santos.
Description
Pier 400 seems to be the scapegoat of illegal imports, such as military-grade weapons and drugs. There was notably an incident where a cargo ship was transporting a nuclear weapon. The ship was raided and its precious cargo was stolen.
The pier is also the workplace of Floyd Hebert, and one of the main operational places of Merryweather Security. A small railyard is located in the area, covered by a large garage that has "Pier 400" written on the walls. The yard has some rolling stock stored there, such as tanker cars and box cars.
