Phoot Shoot is a mission done by Niko Bellic for Playboy X in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Playboy X informs Niko that he is catching flak on the streets because some punk is accusing him of being a snitch. He comes to find out that the same cat that is slandering him has been snitching himself and he needs to be dealt with. After giving a rather funny and confusing description, Playboy gives Niko a new Whiz phone with a camera option on it and then tells him to go to the basketball courts where he hangs out and take a photo of the people there.
There are five people in the basketball court. Get a photo of them and send it back to Playboy, but don't get too close to them or they will spot you. Playboy will call you a few seconds later and tell you which one to kill - each time you do the mission it's a different person, so you can't kill the same person every time! If you kill one of the targets before Playboy gets back to you, the crew will split up and you'll have to kill all of them, but if you follow the instructions this shouldn't be the case. He will then call Niko back and inform him as to which one is the snitch. The best way to take him out, rather than go in swinging is to stay by your car and snipe him through the fence. Then just hop back in the car and drive off. Mission Accomplished!
