Phone 46 is a mission in Grand Theft Auto 1 level 6, Rasta Blasta, given to the Protagonist by Brother Marcus. It is available from the second (top right) phone in southwest Vice Shores.
Mission
The mission begins with Brother Marcus informing the protagonist of several Babylon vans roaming around the city which are full of "scouts" looking to kill members of the Brethren and must be stopped. The first Transit Van is in southeast Banana Grove, the second in south Felicity and the third in north Little Bogota. All three must be destroyed to complete the mission. The drivers of the vans are armed.
Reward
The player is awarded 80,000 points and a +1 score multiplier for completing the mission.
