It is an obvious parody of Porsche Design, as both are the names of vehicle manufacturers and use similar fonts.
One half of the Rockford Drive entry is a replica of the actual Porsche Design store at 236 North Rodeo Drive in Two Rodeo. The distinctive rounded Little Portola entry of the building is based on 248 North Rodeo Drive (occupied by Versace). The Santo Capra store next door in game occupies the building occupied by Porsche Design next door on Two Rodeo in real life, and the developers have simply swapped the two parody companies around in game, further reinforcing the link to Porsche Design.
