Peter is a character mentioned in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Arena War update and The Chop Shop update.
History[]
Peter was an Arena War driver and the former owner of the Arena Workshop in Maze Bank Arena, with the new owner now being the Protagonist. Bryony nervously says that he came to an unfortunate end. Before the protagonist becomes the new owner of the workshop, the player can see Peter's career path in the office, implying that Peter died during an Arena War match, and had nearly reached sponsorship level 4. He died sometime in 2018, before the events of the Arena War update.
The Protagonist gets his former Arena racing suit (spattered with blood that quite likely belongs to Peter) and the player can see that Peter's name is still there.
While featured in The Chop Shop update, Peter had another workshop that has been abandoned since his death and guarded by the Maze Bank security, with his vehicles, racing suits and trophies stored inside.
Sometime in 2023, Peter's workshop is broken into by the Protagonist, who takes his VIP pass in order to steal a vehicle that is participating in an Arena War for the Duggan Family, as part of The Duggan Robbery.
