Pernell Moss is a character in Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto Online, introduced as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update.

Background[]
The pilot is described by Pavel as a retired veteran Air Force pilot with a gambling habit. In game, he uses a generic African-American NPC character model dressed in a Command Pilot uniform.

The Cayo Perico Heist[]
If the GTA Online Protagonist selects the Stealth Helicopter or Alkonost approach vehicles, they will be required to recruit the pilot, by doing him one of two possible favors: recovering his Western Rogue from thieves; or killing a number of loan sharks to whom he was in debt.
He will then pilot the selected aircraft to Cayo Perico where the player/s will either rappel from the Annihilator Stealth or parachute from the RO-86 Alkonost.
San Andreas Mercenaries[]
In 2023, he joins forces with fellow Cayo Perico heist crew members Charlie Reed, Rooster McCraw and the GTA Online Protagonist, forming the Los Santos Angels mercenary air squadron.
He assists the Angels in rescuing Avi Schwartzman, who is being held hostage by Merryweather for leaking secret files about Don Percival two years prior. During the LSA Operations, he disrupts a Merryweather smuggling deal by airstriking their field base and destroying their shipments, and provides night vision equipment for a IAA Facility infiltration.
