Percy is the guitarist for the Scottish Hair Metal band Love Fist. Percy's name, along with fellow band members Willy and Dick, is a sex joke from Rockstar as Percy is slang for penis. Percy is depicted wearing red pants, a red shirt and black gloves. According to fellow band member Jezz Torrent, Percy sleeps in bunny pajamas.
By 1992 either he or Willy has left the band, as seen in the billboard for their album "Clear the Custard" in Los Santos, San Andreas.
