Pauly is a member of Samuel Deever's drug squad, a corrupt "splinter group" of the Vice Squad in Vice City.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
Pauly is first seen at Samuel Deever's House in Banana Grove during the mission Bent Cop Blues - Phone 1, assisting the GTA Protagonist under orders of Samuel Deever. Pauly tells the protagonist to take Deever's children to a hotel, steal a reporters car for tailing Deever and gives the protagonist other instructions during the mission. He is never mentioned again after this mission.
Pauly may have been one of the many bodyguards killed during the mission Rasta Blasta - Phone 5, where Brother Marcus tells the protagonist to attack the building where Samuel Deever lives and kill him.
