Paulo is an associate and informant of El Burro in San Andreas.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
Paulo is one of the informants who notify El Burro of some buses being used to smuggle people across the border, with El Burro having the GTA Protagonist destroy them for business reasons. The protagonist later takes some money to Paulo, Julio, Manolito and Ricardo as payment for the information.
He is the third and penultimate to be paid off, after Manolito, and is encountered in southeast Aye Valley (although the dialogue says Atlantic Heights). When he receiving the money, he reveals that his reason to inform about the illegal buses was to earn enough to pay for a bowel surgery for his mother. He drives a red Mundano.
