Paco is the leader of a small Mexican gang in San Andreas, and an affiliate of El Burro's Gang.
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
In 1997, the GTA Protagonist is told by El Burro that one of his trusted men, Alve, is getting too independent for Burro's liking. He tells the protagonist to meet with Paco and his gang in Sunview to find where Alve is. Paco tells the protagonist to find Alve and his gang in Woodside and lure them back over to Sunview where Paco's guys will ambush them.
As the protagonist is heading over the bridge, El Burro contacts them telling that it is actually Paco who has been working behind his back and wants him killed in the confusion. After luring Alve's gang to the ambush, the protagonist kills Paco during the shootout.
Unbeknownst to the protagonist, a TV crew has filmed the shootout and Paco being killed by the protagonist. Shortly after the shootout, El Burro informs them about the TV crew and orders the protagonist to destroy four TV Vans around the city, destroying the footage in the process.
