The Outlaw is very proficient in off-road environments, with rock crawler suspension being able to deal with rough terrain, and its handling is very agile as well. While incredibly fast otherwise, its top speed is quite low, as it only has three (or four, if given full transmission upgrades) gears, making it far less recommended for races, and is beaten by other faster Off-Road cars at longer straights. Its tyres are also vulnerable to gunfire, so bulletproof tires are recommended. As it has no windows, the Outlaw provides very little protection for both the driver and the passenger from gunfire. |

The Nagasaki Outlaw is an exposed UTV featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of the The Diamond Casino Heist update, released on January 23, 2020, during the Outlaw Week event.
Description
The Outlaw was initially featured as a mission-only vehicle in the "Getaway Vehicles" preparation and later used as a possible getaway vehicle in the Casino Heist. However, as of the Outlaw Week event, it became available for purchase.
Design
Grand Theft Auto Online
The Outlaw, similar to the Vagrant in bodystyle, is an ATV primarily based on the Can-Am Maverick X3 Turbo, as well as a few minor bodywork changes similar to the Yamaha YXZ-1000R buggy.
The Outlaw is rather bulky vehicle with an unusual design, sporting small intakes on the front end and lightly protected by two vertical bars. Next to the middle intake there are two set of circular lamps and LED turning signals. The sides have a rather exposed design, with part of the bodywork angled upwards, towards the rear end. The doors are relatively simple, having a concave portion leading to a thin duct and small triangle-shaped openings around the front. The rear end is mainly composed of red, yellow and white lights, along with a red light strip at the center and the license plate just below it. The area below the rear section is occupied by the engine bay, followed by a triple exhaust set facing backwards and two vents located on either side.
The Outlaw is prominently dominated by black, plastic-like bodywork parts, with a primary color for part of the lower intake, outer headlight trims, upper front, fenders, door panels, lower frames, rear end and part of the rear intakes, and a secondary color for the front frames, roll cage and most of the chassis frames on the innes sides of the vehicle. The underside uses a carbon-fibered plate. It uses the same set of dials as vehicles like the Raptor and uses race-type components, but the interior appears to be unique.
The Outlaw lacks any visual modifications available in mod shops. Only its paintjob and liveries can be applied.
