Omar is a cocaine addict and drift racing enthusiast, and a member of the Los Santos Car Meet. At some point, Garcia stole an unspecified Pegassi car belonging to The Diamond Casino & Resort owner Thornton Duggan, before salvaging it for parts and using them to upgrade his Benefactor Vorschlaghammer.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
In the summer of 2024, a bounty is placed on Garcia's head.
The GTA Online Protagonist tracks down Garcia by hacking into his Lifeinvader profile and reading though his DMs, before either capturing or killing him.
