Officer Butts is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Officer Butts is a member of the Vice Squad and drives a VCPD Cheetah. He is a resident of Vice City in 1984.
Trivia
- Officer Butts is a parody of Ricardo Tubbs (transposing the name and being mildly crude), one of the two main characters in Miami Vice, a landmark TV show that influenced both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
- Philip Michael Thomas, who played Tubbs in the TV series also voiced Lance Vance in the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
