Ocelot is a British vehicle manufacturer in the HD Universe of the Grand Theft Auto series.
Overview
The marque is primarily based on Jaguar as both names are taken from species of the feline family and their lineup features cars mostly based on Jaguars. Ocelot also represents fellow British automaker Lotus with the introduction of the Ardent and later the Locust. The company features design cues based on Maserati. The Pariah is the only car that is not based upon a Jaguar or Lotus vehicle.

Ocelot Special Projects Division
Ocelot Special Projects Division, or OSPD for short, is a performance division of Ocelot likely based on the real life company Special Vehicle Operations. The OSPD name can be seen on the two liveries for the Lynx: Ocelot Racing and Xero Gas, above the doors and on the front close to the grille on the respective liveries.
The Ocelot R88 features badges for "Ocelot Racing Divison" on the engine. Interestingly, the logo features missmatched typefaces betwen "Ocelot" and "Racing Division", which makes it clear Rockstar grabbed the text logo for Ocelot and added "Racing Division" behind it with the Ariel typeface, likely cause they didn't have the typeface used on Ocelot anymore.
