- The Ocean View Hotel was first referenced in the Funland Miniature Golf decoration in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, although as an Easter egg directed to its 3D Universe counterpart in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, rather than an official mention of the in-universe hotel.
