The Ocean Heights Apartment is an apartment in southern Ocean Beach, Vice City, prominently featured in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City as one of the player's safehouses.

Description[]

Available for purchase immediately after "In The Beginning...", Ocean Heights Apartment is a sleek red-and-white apartment tower visible around much of Ocean Beach, and is situated just southwest from the Pole Position Club, and a block east from the Ocean Beach Ammu-Nation store. The safehouse is moderately expensive, costing $7,000 to purchase, the high price due largely to its single-car garage. Upon purchase, the apartment becomes a save point for the player to save games. Like most other safehouses, Ocean Heights Apartment has no interior. It is a good idea to buy this safehouse when doing Cortez's missions, as it is very close to the Marina.

The apartment building exists in 1984, the setting for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories; however, it can't be interacted with and serves no purpose.
