The O'Neil Ranch is a ranch located in Grapeseed, Blaine County in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.

The ranch is bordered by the Senora Freeway, Grapeseed Avenue, Grapeseed Cow Farm and O'Neil Way. The property consists of mixed farming, including:

There is a large farmhouse, barn, stables, equipment sheds and grain storage silos.

The main house originally was a luxurious home, but by the events of Grand Theft Auto V it is messy and in a state of disrepair.

Events of Grand Theft Auto Online in 2013

It is owned by the O'Neil brothers, a family of inbred, redneck meth dealers, who use the basement of the farm's main house for meth cooking. In GTA Online, it can only be entered during the heist setup mission Series A - Steal Meth and some other game modes.

Events of Grand Theft Auto V

The main house is attacked and destroyed by Trevor Philips during the mission Crystal Maze, after Elwood O'Neil stole his contract with the Los Santos Triads, killing most of the farm's residents in the process. It remained abandoned and burned out following this.

Events of Grand Theft Auto Online

The Cayo Perico Heist

As of 2020, during the events of The Cayo Perico Heist, the ranch house has been repaired, and it is accessible to the player during the mission Heist Prep: Demolition Charges.

During this mission, Pavel will make a joke about how the house is "not yet a smoldering crater in the desert" due to the O'Neil Brothers keeping demolition charges inside the meth lab in the house's basement. This is a reference to the state of the house after Trevor burns it down in 2013 during the events of Grand Theft Auto V, and initially thought to be a possible GTA Online timeline retcon. However, since the first playthough of The Cayo Perico Heist mentions events that happened after Crystal Maze, and the forthcoming The Contract update mentions the death of Elwood O'Neil, it is confirmed that the house was indeed rebuilt at some point between 2013 and 2020.

The rebuilt house is in the exact same condition as its original appearance.

  • In Grand Theft Auto V, if Trevor returns sometime after Crystal Maze, the house will revert to normal, as if Trevor never did anything to it. This is presumably an oversight.
