The Noodleboy resembles a Baccio Runner, a typical Chinese scooter, but modified to deliver noodles.
It is basically similar to the well-known Pizza Boy, but is depicted with a more modern design, resembling a stereotypical Chinese scooter, with a red body color and the company logos of Punk Noodles.

- The Noodleboy is used in the "Noodle Punk" side mission, where the player must make deliveries for Punk Noodles in Chinatown. During this side mission, the Noodleboy becomes bullet-proof, which helps the player in case of encountering hostile gangs.

- Seen parked at the Punk Noodles restaurant, in Chinatown. Once the player gets on it, the "Noodle Punk" side mission is triggered. In order to avoid that, the player should push away the scooter from the area of the restaurant and then mount it.
