Niko meets Mikhail Faustin at his mansion in Beachgate. Faustin orders Niko to kill The Lost MC biker Jason Michaels, who has been rubbing shoulders with Mikhail's daughter Anna. He tells Niko to look for the two around Funland.
Upon arriving at the Beach Hotel in Firefly Island, Broker, Niko discovers Jason and Anna about to kiss. He orders Jason to stay away from her. Jason warns that The Lost MC will "kick his ass" before setting off. Niko mounts the PCJ-600 parked nearby and chases Jason throughout Broker. Niko can kill Jason during the chase by simply shooting at him until he finally dies and if the player takes too long to kill Jason, eventually he will summon fellow members of The Lost MC for backup.
Jason and the other bikers will park near Meadows Park initiating a shootout with Niko, who kills all of them.
Once Jason is killed, Niko calls Mikhail to inform him about the biker's death and saying that his daughter will probably not be very happy, Mikhail says that he doesn't care about happiness, only loyalty and discipline and thanks Niko.

Faustin's Mansion
As Niko enters, Mikhail is having an argument with his wife in the kitchen. A bodyguard escorts Niko in.
God! God! Have your prayers been answered? Your God doesn't give a damn about you! Just like everyone else.
Ilyena:
You're a terrible man!
Mikhail:
You superstitious old crone. I'll see you in hell. Someday I'll crucify you.
Mikhail leaves the kitchen to see Niko and the bodyguard as Ilyena cries by herself at the table.
Mikhail:
Niko Bellic. Yes. Good name. Good name... Where's Dimitri?
Bodyguard:
He's busy, er... he said he had something to do.
Mikhail:
Something? Something? Let me tell you something. Me and this guy, we were in the army together, we were in prison together, we are like brothers. Now it's always something...
Mikhail drinks. He then snorts a bit, grabs a pistol and dances suggestively.
Niko:
You alright?
Mikhail:
What?
Niko:
Mr. Faustin?
Mikhail:
No! I'm fucking angry.
Niko:
I'm sorry to hear that.
Mikhail grabs a framed photo of a young woman from the top of the counter. He shows it to Niko.
Mikhail:
Let me ask you something. You know her?
Niko:
No.
Mikhail:
Good. Because if you did, I'd fucking kill you.
Niko:
Why?
Mikhail returns the photo to its place.
Mikhail:
She's my daughter. Ungrateful bitch. I bring her here. I spoil her rotten. Raise her well. Look at this. Look. Look what I've given her!
He raises his arms to show off the house.
Niko:
Yeah, yeah... she's, uh, very lucky to have such a loving father...
Mikhail:
She is. She's an out of control bitch. (at Ilyena) Because of you, you pathetic mess. (to Niko) But I don't accept my daughter turning into a whore. Niko, she's at Firefly Island. Go there. If she's meeting up with that biker pimp boyfriend... kill him. (to the bodyguard) Find Dimitri for me.
If the player fails and retries this mission a number of times, most of the scripted traffic will disappear. Whether a glitch or not, this is extremely helpful as there is no need to dodge other vehicles.
It is possible to kill Anna Faustin before going after Jason, although doing so will fail the mission. In a subsequent phone call, Niko will sheepishly blame Anna's death on Jason. Oddly, harming Anna Faustin without killing her will not fail the mission.
The Lost MC are introduced in this mission (if the player hasn't already killed Jason).
It's not required for the player to take the nearby motorcycle, instead, any vehicle driven to the marker can be used for the chase, including the DF8-90 and Turismo parked outside Faustin's mansion. It should be noted that a car is safer during the chase, and can be used for better cover than a motorcycle during the shootout.
Even if the player kills other bikers, during the phone call Niko will only mention that he killed Jason. Also, in the mission It's WarBilly only mentions Jason's death and never speaks about the other bikers. This can suggest that only Jason's death in this mission is canonical.
Niko was originally supposed to receive a phone call from Faustin in regards to Anna sometime after the mission, but it was scrapped due to unknown reasons. It would have progressed like this:
Faustin: So, you get rid of my daughter's biker boyfriend, and now you think you can, how you say "pull her"? She's too good for you. I will fucking castrate you!
Niko: I do not take kindly to threats or false accusations. I have no involvement with your daughter.
Faustin: No, no, of course not. This was test. But if you did, Niko. If you even think about her in that way while you jacking off, remind yourself of what I'm saying. I think I make myself clear.
