No Law is a district located in Liberty Island, Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto. It is based on Inwood, Manhattan. No Law is bordered by water to the north, east and west and Island Heights to the south. The name of the district might be a reference to the lawlessness of the place or of the game itself.
