Nightclub Management are a series of Free Mode missions in Grand Theft Auto Online introduced as part of the After Hours update.
Description
After completing the initial setup of the player's club, access is provided to the management computers in the office and warehouse levels.
In order to increase and maintain the popularity of the nightclub, the player must undergo regular club management.
Unlike most other business activities, the player can perform the Promote Club activities in any session type, they are not restricted to public lobbies only.
Players can select the Promote Club option from the computer and get jobs from either Tony Prince or Lazlow Jones but they can also receive a series of club promotion missions by phone call from English Dave while not in the club. The former two give a 25% increase in popularity on completion.
Missions vary greatly in difficulty but are randomly issued. Some feature opposition from NPC gangs, while others involve celebrities not previously seen in GTA Online.
Locations in some missions may be relative to the location of the player's club, while others will be the same regardless of the club's location.
There is a mandatory 5 minute cool down between completion of one Promote Club job and being able to start another.
Tony Prince: Promote Club jobs
Place posters
The player receives a bag of fly-posters promoting the current resident DJ at the club and has to put them up by hand at 8 locations throughout the city. Some of these locations will be on the walls of direct competitors to the player's club.
This mission does not give away the player's activities to the rest of the session.

Air-drop flyers
The player is given 15-20 minutes to get in Tony's chrome Buzzard and fly to 8 areas marked on the map and drop flyers within the marked zones. The Buzzard must be within an altitude range of 175 - 600 feet in order to perform the drop. On-screen tips will warn the player to gain or reduce altitude before triggering the drop.

Deliver supplies
The player is given 15-20 minutes to travel to a location and collect a Mule filled with bottles of champagne and deliver it back to the club. The cargo is fragile and a Supplies Health meter is shown on the HUD to indicate the amount of damage sustained.

Recover supplies
Local gangs have stolen a Mule with unspecified alcohol from the club. The player has 15-20 minutes to travel to their location, recover the truck and return it to the club. NPC gang members will provide armed opposition at the truck's location and will pursue the truck on the return trip to the club.

The Vagos in Rancho will pursue the player in custom Lowrider Buccaneers [1] which can be stolen by players but cannot be kept or sold.

Smash vehicles
McGill-Olsen Construction developers are trying to cash in on the increased popularity of the neighborhood. Tony requires the player to scare them off by damaging their bosses' vehicles parked at 4 locations surrounding the player's nightclub. Locations will be specific to each of the 10 nightclub locations.

The player has 20 minutes to perform the damage and is given a Baseball Bat if they do not already have one in their inventory. At each location, a McGill-Olsen Burrito will be parked alongside the target vehicle which will be a more expensive customized vehicle including:
- A green Dewbauchee Exemplar
- A galaxy blue Enus Super Diamond
- A white Enus Cognoscenti
- A blue Gallivanter Baller LE
A Vehicle damage meter is shown on the HUD to indicate when enough damage has been done to each vehicle. The bat does not have to be used but the damage must be inflicted by a weapon, ramming the vehicles with another vehicle does not increment the damage meter. The player can completely destroy the cars without penalty.
There will be 4 or more NPCs at each site, two executive types and two contractors. The two contractors will become aggressive and may need to be subdued, although sometimes simply aiming at them with a weapon will be enough to scare them off without needing to physically assault them. However, killing too many of them will cause the mission to fail.

Collect clubbers
Tony requests the player poach customers from rival clubs throughout the city. Two individual clubbers need to be picked up from outside two different clubs within a 15-20 minute time limit. Tony's Schafter V12 must be used.

Play music from a blimp
Tony asks the player to promote the club and the current resident DJ by flying a Blimp to three different promotional areas and playing the DJ's music long enough to garner interest. An Interest meter is displayed on the HUD at each location. The blimp must remain within the area marked on the map for the duration or the interest meter will start reducing. There is a 20 minute time limit to collect the blimp from LSIA and finish the third site. A Buzzard Attack Chopper will be parked next to the blimp for the player's associates to use for protecting the blimp.

Destroy rival supplies
4 Benson supply trucks, each manned by two Los Santos Triads members with possible escorts in FQ2s are being driven into the city to resupply Bahama Mamas. The player is required to destroy them all within 20 minutes. Three of the trucks will usually be on the freeways heading into the city, the fourth will already be within the city limits.

Lazlow Jones: Promote Club jobs
Collect VIPs
The player is directed by Lazlow Jones to collect 2 VIPs from separate locations and deliver them to the club. Tony's white Patriot Stretch must be used. There is a 15-20 minute time limit.

Upon completion, the popularity of the club will increase and the player will be rewarded with up to $5,000 and up to 800 RP. Unlike celebrities, the NPC VIPs will not be visible inside the VIP lounge area of the club immediately after they are delivered.
Locate celebrity
Lazlow has a lead on a celebrity to bring to the club, but doesn't know exactly where they are. He will send snapmatic images by text to the player's phone and the player must use Tony's Patriot Stretch to go to the location. Once the player arrives, Lazlow will explain they have moved on and send another snapmatic clue. At the second location the scenario repeats and the player will find the celebrity waiting at the third location.

Collect celebrity
Lazlow has two celebrities for the player to collect in the Patriot Stretch. At the first location, the celebrity may be posing for paparazzi. Once the celebrity is in the vehicle, the paparazzi give chase on PCJ 600s. The player must lose the paparazzi before heading to a second location to pick up a second "celebrity" (actually the celebrities personal assistant) and deliver them both to the club.
The player is free to use force to lose the paparazzi.

Rescue celebrity
Lazlow has a tip that a celebrity is being arrested. The player has to travel to the location of the arrest where the celebrity will be already be loaded in the back of the Police Transporter and two LSPD officers will be on scene examining the celebrities car. The player must hijack the transporter with the celebrity in the back. They must then lose their 2 star wanted level before taking the celebrity to the club. Killing the cops on the scene will still only invoke a 2-star wanted level. The police transporter is virtually indestructible.

English Dave: Help your DJ jobs
English Dave will call the player while they are outside the club not otherwise engaged in free-roam activity and request the player completes a job for the current resident DJ. The player has the choice to accept or reject these jobs. There are no time limits on these jobs.

Steal equipment
English Dave calls stating that the club DJ is unhappy with the club atmosphere and needs new equipment. This mission requires the acquisition and return of a vehicle loaded with musical equipment. There may be security that needs to be dealt with at the location of the van.
On the way back to the club, teams of Merryweather Security guards will pursue in Dilettantes.

Collect friends
English Dave calls stating the DJ wants their friends brought to the club, the player is required to collect a helicopter and pick up the three NPCs and return to the club.
However one of the NPCs is afraid of heights so the player is required to maintain an altitude of under 250 ft on the return journey.
The HUD minimap shows a purple height indicator to show the player whether they are within a safe height range, and if they exceed this, then Dave will message the player to fly lower. A panic level indicator is shown on the bottom right of the HUD.

Recover the vinyl
English Dave calls stating that the club DJ has had their vinyl records stolen and they are being used in a private party aboard the Dignity.
The player travels from their current location to a beach beach where two Seasharks are waiting. The player needs to storm the yacht and recover the case of records and return to their club. Opponents armed with knives and pistols will provide resistance.
A Sea Sparrow will be parked next to the yacht to make the return trip a little faster.

Rescue the friends
English Dave calls stating that the club DJ's friends have been kidnapped. The player is required to travel to their location, take out the enemy gang members and return the friends to the club. Enemy gang members may give chase on the return trip.

Rewards
As well as the tangible rewards obtained in each mission of money, RP, popularity and increases to the celebrity appearances statistic a Number One Nightclub "Hotspot" reward trophy will appear on Tony's desk after a minimum popularity level in maintained for the required duration.

Bugs/Glitches
- Failing any mission may still reward the player with full money and RP. This may or may not be intentional. [2]
- Delivering a Mule of champagne may result in an animation showing the truck floating into the garage rather than driving in. This may result from turning the steering wheel while automatically stopping at the dropoff location. [3]
