New Listings - Due Dilligence was a New Listings mission featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Money Fronts update.

The mission, along with the rest of the New Listings mission strand, was disabled on December 8, 2025.

“Head to Buen Vino Road, and I'll fill you in.”

After starting the mission, Raf will tell the player, who spawns at Chumash Plaza, to head over to the Buen Vino Road Mansion to clear out a bunch of squatting gangbangers.

There's a mansion up in the hills, been empty over a decade, crazy views... I mean, it's like a porn set up there, y'know? Shame a bunch of gangbangers, and not the fun kind, been using it for God knows what. We gotta go clear 'em out.”

“So, when I was scouting the neighborhood, I heard one of the neighbors got a bad case of termites. Y'know, the chemicals they use to fumigate would be a very persuasive reason to leave. Just saying...”

Gas canisters

can be stolen and used to incapacitate some Lost MC inside the mansion and force out the rest.

Press [action] to steal the gas canisters.

While driving to the mansion, the player can stop by the neighboring mansion where a Bugstars crew is working to fumigate termites with gas – the player can use one of the four cases of gas canisters to incapacitate The Lost MC. There is also a crowbar beside the canisters if the player has no melee weapons.

Equipping a firearm will cause the Lost MC to draw their weapons.

After arriving at the mansion, the player needs to find a way to evict The Lost MC. Equipping a firearm will cause them to draw their weapons and start a firefight. As hinted with the crowbar, melee weapons do not count, and the Lost will engage in melee in return. Additional melee weapons, namely a baseball bat, a pool cue, and a golf club are placed in the backyard area, so that a team of four players can arm themselves instead of just using their fists.

Place a gas canister on the air conditioning units

to incapacitate some Lost MC inside the mansion and force out the rest.

Press [action] to place a gas canister on the air conditioning unit.

They can place gas canisters on the air conditioning units to force them out of the mansion.

Activate the mansion alarm

to force out all the Lost MC that are inside.

Press [action] to activate the mansion alarm.

Another option is to activate the mansion alarm.

After all The Lost MC flee, the player has to leave the area for the mission to finish.

Visit

to continue helping Mr Faber's client with their luxury property development.

Maximum Payout Bonus[]

The player must incapacitate all the Lost MC in the mansion with gas, melee attacks, or force them to flee for a cash bonus reward.

If all the lost MC are incapacitated or made to flee bonus cash will be rewarded.

“By the way, there's this guy at the coroner's office, Murph, I was gonna slip him a little something, y'know, just in case we had to dispose of some bodies. But if you can get rid of thse guys without killing anyone, you can have the money yourself.”
