New Centry Fast Food Restaurant (Chinese: 新萬年 小食) is a Chinese fast food restaurant, located next to the underground gun shop in Chinatown, on Bismarck Avenue, between Emerald and Diamond streets.
Description[]
The restaurant serves "Rice & Fins" just like the Japanese restaurant Gozushi!. The 'Rice and Fins' are most likely a reference to the controversial dish of Shark fin soup. The restaurant is inaccessible and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
In 2009, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, the restaurant is absent.[1]
