Ned Luke (born as Ned von Leuck on October 4, 1958 in Danville, Illinois) is an American actor, writer and voice actor who has had roles in various television shows such as Katana, NYPD Blue, General Hospital, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Renegade. He has appeared in films such as Rover Dangerfield, The Bear, On the Line and The Nutty Professor. He is the voice, motion capture actor, and character model of Michael De Santa in Grand Theft Auto V.

Luke is nearly deaf in his right ear.[1] He is married to Amy Sax who, coincidentally, is a yoga instructor (Michael and his wife Amanda practice yoga). They have a son together. He has four siblings; "BJ", Steven, Matt and Cricket.

In 2015, Luke appeared in a gun safety video as a sales attendant, telling would-be buyers about firearms-related incidents which took place in recent years. Ned, along with the organisation behind the public service video, was criticised especially by pro-gun groups for allegedly spreading fear to discourage firearm use, and for the actor's role in Grand Theft Auto V, of which they see as hypocritical.[citation/verification needed]
