The Nail Gun is a cut weapon in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

The Nail Gun (as well as the Staple Gun) was a "fire weapon" intended to be purchased from hardware stores around Vice City, until it was cut during the game's development. Its model (nailgun.dff) and its textures (nailgun.txd), still remain on the original PlayStation 2 release version (v1.40). The Nail Gun can also be seen as a display prop in Tooled Up.
Aside from the model and textures, the weapon's functionality was either cut or never implemented in the game. A different model of the Nail Gun is featured in Rockstar North's Manhunt.
A Power Metal nail gun prop is also present in Grand Theft Auto IV, listed alongside other construction site props such as the pickaxe and a hammer prop. It is simply a prop and not intended to be used as a weapon. The same prop later appeared in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
