The NOOSE Enforcer is a law enforcement truck appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.

The NOOSE Enforcer appears as a law enforcement variant of the Alphamail used by the NOOSE TRU. The truck features a simple red and blue light-bar and a white stripe down the truck, leading to the seal on the side reading "NOOSE".

- In Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, it is one of the three vehicles seen (though partially) in 3D artwork (The Offshore Offload), along with Heston's Admiral (Evidence Dash) and the Ammu-Nation Yankee. Its license plate is "NOO 53" ("NOOSE").
