While unavailable for consumption to the player, posters promoting the product can be seen in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas inside 24/7 shops.
The advertisement depicts a monkey hanging on another monkey's testicles who is screaming in pain, which is possibly a reference by the manufacturer to the extraction of semen.
Also it is stated on the advertisement that the juice should be diluted to taste and it has a parasitic taste. This is either because monkeys usually carry parasites or it refers to the fact that the juice tastes like semen.
The same advertisement can be found plastered onto a wall in Bedford Point, Staunton Island in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Similar to Munky Juice, Orang-O-Tang beverage featured in Grand Theft Auto IV, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars and Grand Theft Auto V is named with a primate-related pun, this time referencing both the Orangutan's name and a "Tang" which refers to something of a sour, acidic or citrus taste.
Apart from this nothing more is known about the beverage itself and it plays no role in the storyline.
