Mr. E. Mann is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. He is never seen in the game, only sending an email to Huang.
He warns that Huang's computer is infected with the "Cow-Worm Virus", to "lift off the PC's outer casing and thrust a cattle-prod into the wiring", and that he should "buy a Fruit Computer, immune to all virus, malware and software that isn't arty".
Trivia
- Seeing as Huang has already got a Fruit Computer, the e-mail is useless.
- It is possible that he is the chairman of Fruit Computers, in which case he would be a parody of Steve Jobs, just like Fruit is a parody of Apple.
- His name is a pun as when said quickly it clearly sounds like "Mystery Man."
