Background[]

Mr. Cipriani was the husband of Mrs. Cipriani and father of Toni Cipriani, protagonist of GTA Liberty City Stories. Presumably, he was also a member of the Leone Crime Family, as it is implied that he was killed by a rival gang at some point before 1998.

Mrs. Cipriani mentions him multiple times as an example of toughness, as she complains about Toni never living up to his father's deeds.
