The Diamond Casino Resort

In 2019, after finishing the construction of the Diamond Casino Resort in Los Santos, Mr. Cheng puts it under management of his nephew Tao Cheng, hoping to turn a profit and get back his investment over the past five years. However, their partner, the Duggan Crime Family, quickly betrays them and attempts numerous sabotages in order to bring down the Casino's price so they can buy it back cheap.

Cheng then calls for a meeting between both families and sends Tao to deliver his message that the Cheng Family Holding isn't interested in selling the Casino. The meeting turns out to be a disaster, which angers Cheng, so he greenlights Tao to wage a war against the Duggans, but after the Duggans counterattack by sending professional hitmen to the casino, Cheng quickly changes his mind and ordered Tao to sell the casino. Following this, The Diamond Casino Resort's ownership is transferred to Thorton Duggan, who cuts a deal with Tao and pays full price, and Tao returns to Hong Kong with his translator.
