Mr. Caukenbolls is a VIP and associate of the Cartwright Gang leader Harold Cartwright. He is described as "no slag, quite an important gentlemen" who has "made a lot of enemies".
Events of Grand Theft Auto: London 1961[]
In 1961, when arriving in London, Caukenbolls is kidnapped by Cartwright's rival gang, the Greasers. The GTA London Protagonist kills the kidnappers by going to a bomb fitting shop, getting his car rigged with TNT, and blowing up their garage with it. Mr. Caukenbolls is rescued from a stolen London Cab, and whilst avoiding police is taken into a mob-owned hotel in North Soho, where his ride to the airport is waiting.
