Background[]
She is an unnamed associate of Mr. Black aiding the supposedly hired "Leo Teal" to eliminate a target for him. If the woman dies during or after the assassination, or before the job is completed, the mission is failed.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
In 1986, she is used as an accessory to murder by Mr. Black during the assassination of an unidentified businessman, implied to be carrying a fire-weapon prototype in a briefcase.
Through the scope of a Sniper Rifle, Tommy Vercetti (hired by Mr. Black assuming he is Leo Teal) watches the woman identify the target by asking him the time. After the target is identified, Tommy assassinates the businessman and delivers the briefcase to the Ammu-Nation in Downtown.
After the target is down, she remains calm and ignores the assassination of the businessman.

She has black hair tied in a ponytail and wears a brown business suit and underneat a white shirt and a short brown skirt with matching brown high heels. She also wears brown frame glasses. Moreover, she wears light pink eye shadow and slightly dark brown lipstick.
