The tavern is located next to Eclipse Pharmacy on Mirror Park Boulevard in Mirror Park,Los Santos. According to a banner, the business hosts 'Happy Hour' on weekdays from five until eight at night. A neon sign advertising Logger Beer can be seen to the right of the door.
In The Cayo Perico Heist update, Joy Orbison relocated from the UK to Los Santos in 2020 and launched a pirate radio station, Still Slipping Los Santos, based out of the tavern. The station's sponsor ad states that Blarneys Stout is served in the tavern.
