History

Background

He is a corrupt SAPD officer who resides in a mansion in southwest Sunview, San Andreas. He is supposedly dealing with El Burro, while his real objective is to eliminate him for unspecified reasons.

Events of Grand Theft Auto

During the second half of Tequila Slammer, Tallon calls a meeting with El Burro, who did not trust Tallon, sending the GTA Protagonist to the meeting in his place. When reaching Tallon's mansion, there are eleven hitmen who were there to murder El Burro.

After surviving the set up, the protagonist is ordered to reach the police station in south Atlantic Heights before Tallon does and eliminate him. He arrives shortly after the protagonist in his Squad Car to change clothes and go home. He is intercepted and killed when he leaves the station driving his blue Portsmouth.
