The park is located along the edge of Union Drive West in the Middle Park West neighborhood, wedged between the highway and Ivy Drive South. It is a long park taking up several blocks, situated north of the Randolf Art Center, it can be accessed from the south by stairs leading down from the art center, as well as a northern entrance on Ruby Street, and on the east side opposite the end of Pyrite Street.
Although the park is unnamed, it is relatively well decorated and detailed, featuring a large pillared building with plaques reading "WE LOVE TO FIGHT", as well as sculptures of eagles. South and north of the building are walkways within a grassed section, with trees lining the sides. The park also provides access to a foot bridge which crosses over Union Drive West and connects to the West River walkway. At the eastern entrance, several painting stands and chairs are found.
