Michael Bower
Michael Bower (born February 12, 1975 in Tarzana, California) is an American actor and voice actor who appeared in films such as The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, Dude, Where's My Car? and High School High. He voiced Eugene Reaper in Grand Theft Auto IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony, and the commercial voice in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. He appeared in TV shows such as Tales from the Crypt, Friends, Superior Court, Webster, Bones, Empty Nest, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Popular Opposite Sex, The Riches and Monk. He also did the voices of the local population in Red Dead Redemption and Mr. Buckingham in Bully.
