The Mateo Brothers are Mexican brothers, all members of the Los Santos Vagos, that appear in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Lowriders update.

In 2013, Lamar Davis sends the GTA Online Protagonist and their three associates to take out three groups of Ballas and Vagos in order to cause a turf war, whilst being disguised as the opposing gang. The Ballas team then take out the brothers at Jamestown Street.
