Mason is a minor character in Grand Theft Auto.
History[]
Background[]
Mason is a close friend of the Vercotti Crime Family contact who planed a deal with him in exchange for top secret files from the government. His name is only revealed if the player fails the mission. [1][2][3]
Events of Grand Theft Auto[]
In 1997, the GTA Protagonist is hired to help Mason escape from a military base with some top secret files he stole. They are told to steal a specific Squad Car in southwest Hackenslash and drive to the North Fort Law Military Base to pick up Mason and the files. Once they pick him up, they are attacked by two soldiers in the base and will receive a four-head wanted level. In the final stretch, they make their way through police barricades while trying to keep the car intact, and deliver the files to the garage in southeast Kings.
The files he stole from the military base include top secret information on aliens, the Kennedys, the Gremlin, the CIA, the NSA, and DMA. [4]
