Mary-Beth is the newborn daughter of Louise and Marty Jay Williams.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories[]
She appears several times, often in her mother's arms. Like her mother, Mary-Beth is threatened with violence by her father.
She is orphaned after her father is killed by Victor Vance and her mother dies from wounds caused by Armando Mendez. Before dying, Louise asks Vic to make sure Mary-Jo takes care of her, so it is assumed that she becomes Mary-Beth's legal guardian.

- Mary-Beth Williams is the first child to physically appear in the Grand Theft Auto series, following Samuel Deever's children's offscreen appearance in the first Grand Theft Auto and Eris's child employee Joey on a radio advertisement in Grand Theft Auto III.
- Mary-Beth Williams is the youngest character to be featured in the Grand Theft Auto series, as well as being one of the only two minors, whose ages appear clearly, with appearances in the franchise, the other being Jill Von Crastenburg from Grand Theft Auto IV.
