Mark Hanlon is a Scottish video game programmer, functionality tester, coder and voice actor. He worked as a programmer at Rockstar North from 2000 to 2002.
Career[]
Hanlon provided the voice of Love Fist member Willy in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, which he worked on for Rockstar North as a programmer. He also worked on Grand Theft Auto III in the same role.
He also worked as a functionality tester for Konami on the Wii game Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore.
