Madison is a paparazzo photographer competing with Beverly Felton and posts a taunt on Beverly's Lifeinvader wall.
Events of GTA V
Madison is only seen chasing Miranda Cowan, who is taking drugs inside her Stretch Limo. Beverly knocks Madison down off his bike with Franklin Clinton's help.
If the player chooses so, Franklin can also do a drive-by to kill him, which led to Beverly berating Franklin but the mission will progress as normal. However, he appears later in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the After Hours DLC, which take place in 2018.
