Ma'am is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who is mentioned in a report on the Liberty Tree website. Ma'am is from Iran and plays football (soccer) for the Liberty City Cocks. On September 6, 2001, Ma'am scores three times against the Liberty City Beavers.[1]

He is possibly based on Mohammad Khakpour, a former Iranian footballer who represented Iran from 1989 to 2000, and played for the MetroStars in 2000; however, Khakpour was known as a stalwart defender, while Ma'am is implied to be a striker.
