The Buckingham Luxor Deluxe is a luxurious variant of the Luxor added in the Ill-Gotten Gains Part 1 update to Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Design
The Luxor Deluxe features a solid gold fuselage and black stripes on the rear and on the winglets (having an inverted color scheme compared to le Luxor's ones). Similar to the standard model, retains the emblem on the tail.
The interior, however, was noticeably changed. Instead of the usual row of seats seen on the standard Luxor, the Luxor Deluxe features a stand with bottles of champagne on it and a small room with four seats; with two seats facing to a small table that contains a bottle of champagne, two drinking cups and an ashtray with cigars on it. On both sides of the room compartment, there are two LCD screens with the "Buckingham Luxor" text on it. There is a second room with the same features as the first one, except by having only two seats on the right side of the plane, while the left side is occupied by a unused stand.
Passengers on these rooms can drink champagne, smoke cigars and browse the internet within the plane, instead of using the Mobile Phone.

Performance
The Luxor Deluxe is different to the standard version by having improved braking, but poorer handling and acceleration.
The plane's performance and the high price would make the Luxor Deluxe "not worthly" for any important pusrpose, unless used purely for fun.

Trivia
- While the aircraft's description on Elitás Travel states its fuselage is made out of gold, gold would actually be an incredibly poor choice for building a jet aircraft, as it is both too heavy and too malleable to be practical. As such, the performance of the plane suffers, most notably acceleration. The claim that the plane is made of actual gold is contradicted by a loading screen title card that states, "...exclusively finished with golden paint..."
- It may also be an oversight, with "pure-gold plated" (plated with non-alloyed gold) mistaken for "solid gold".
- The plane's price being $10,000,000 is by far the most expensive vehicle in GTA Online, and is on par with the Z-Type's in story mode.
- In Grand Theft Auto Online, It's not possible to enter passive mode while flying this vehicle. This also applies to the Swift Deluxe (enhanced version).
